11 hours to go!

After 36 hours of driving, eating, smoking, sleeping and farting, we're in Nashville. I'm so stoked to start this tour tomorrow, and get back into the groove of things! I'm gonna try and update this blog way more often, if not for the twos of people who read it, then for me so I can read it a couple years down the road. I'm gonna try and post some pictures too, but we'll see what happens

On the (b)road again

Finally! We've been driving for about 24 hours now, en route to Virginia. Nothing exciting has happened yet, besides the wardrobe malfunction at the video shoot and a couple model titties poppin out. It was dope. I'll definitely keep the updates coming!

I think if it's meant to happen, just give it time and it'll come back around. I've fucked up, everyone else fucks up, and everyone comes around. Just let shit happen, and that's the way it's supposed to be. Don't force anything. Ever. Including "love". Learn to be content with what you have, and don't ever dwell on what HAS happened. Live your life in the present. Love is love, friends are friends, life is life. I love you all no matter how much you've fucked up.

I'm really bad at this

Ok, I'm very bad at updating this thing but i think it's probably okay because no one reads this. since last time i posted, we did the first two weeks of warped which was amazing. we made a lot of new friends and chilled with a lot of old ones. i want to do it all again next year, only on a bus so we dont have to drive every night. now were on the good charlotte/boys like girls/metro station tour, and its the most amazing thing ive ever done. all im going to say about it is its honestly surreal to be on tour with gc and chillin with them every night. go to buzznet.com/themaine to see pictures of what weve been up to.
anywhoooo, im real excited to go home for a couple weeks in a month and a half. ill be home august 26th, or a couple days later depending if i hang in az for a bit, which i probably will. thennnn stacyyy is coming to visit me and thats super exciting. thennnn i go to the uk. thats all. bring me beer

Happy Father's Day

Happy Father's Day, dad.
I'm really grateful for you, and how much you care for us. Our relationship has gotten way better, and I believe it's mostly due to me maturing and understanding more. I love you. Thank you for the great life you've given us.

Best weekend EVER

There's been a lot of stupid stuff going on lately, but who the hell cares?

We've been on a little mini tour out to Bamboozle with Brighten, Danger Radio and A Rocket To The Moon. The shows were pretty whack but those bands are some of the greatest dudes ever so it was ok. On Friday we did a Bamboozle pre-show put on by the lovely dudes at Glamour Kills. My good friend Stacy even came and hung out with me there. That show was sold out and super rad. Then on Saturday we hit up Bamboozle, and the dudes killed it. Every single kid watching them was going nuts. Then we did a signing for Glamour Kills that ended up lasting like three times as long as it was scheduled for, and we still had to turn away hundreds of kids. Thennnnnnnnn we did the second day of Bamboozle, and it was pretty much the same as the first.
But here's where things get awesome...
We had yesterday off so we came to the city we're playing at today. Turns out Taking Back Sunday was playing a secret show last night at the venue we're playing at today. So our booking agent got us into that show. It was incredible to see them in what is an intimate venue for them (only 900 kids). They only played two songs off Tell All Your Friends, but it was cool. And they played two brand new songs that were pretty rad. Oh and their new guitar player kicks ass. And I feel like im 15 all over again. This weekend fucking pwnd.
